At Teabox, we strive to ensure every sip is perfect, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy for unopened products. Due to the perishable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns on opened packages unless there is a quality or shipping issue.
Initiate Request
Log into your Teabox account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return, or email our support team with your order number.
Quality Verification
Once your request is submitted, our quality control team will review the details and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if the criteria are met.
Secure Packaging
Place the unopened tea vacuum-packs or accessories in their original packaging and use a secure box to prevent damage during transit.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned items at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
